Purpose, Future, and Updates of Music Studio
The Music Studio has been opened to create a space to teach music creatively, to encourage discussion and musical interests. I have been thinking about opening a studio/workshop/living history museum, chamber music performance venue, and discussion cafe. This eventually will be a place where one could take a lesson in flutes, recorders, or keyboards, a class or tutoring in music theory or music history, coaching for solo and chamber works, one could perform music for a small group of friends or a small recital/concert, learn about life during historical eras, and learn how such learning and teaching methodologies could help in other subjects or situations...or just as a gathering point to discuss the latest opera being performed, the latest show the dance troupe is putting on, and the state of cultural affairs in the area.
For the moment, I am currently located in southeastern Wisconsin, and I am offering, primarily, my pedagogical and music editorial services as well as my flute and keyboard performance talents.
